Product details
Brief introduction:
HQ-3051 differential pressure transmitter is used to measure the liquid level, density, and pressure of liquids, gases, or vapors, and then convert them into 4-20mA DC signal output. The intelligent type can communicate with the HART handheld device for setting, monitoring, or forming an on-site monitoring system with the upper computer. HQ-1151/3051/3851/3351DP field adjustable intelligent differential pressure transmitter is a new product developed by our company according to on-site requirements. It can be operated without a manual controller and can achieve on-site zero adjustment, configuration, and other operations through button pressing.
HQ3051DP differential pressure transmitter
Performance specifications of HQ3051 differential pressure transmitter
(Reference conditions: no migration state, silicone oil port filling, 316L isolation membrane)
★ Output signal: 4~20mA DC/RS485 digital communication
4~20mA DC/HART protocol digital communication (optional)
★ Transmission mode: Two line system.
★ Accuracy
Accuracy: Soil 0.1%, Soil 0.2%, Soil 0.5%, (Intelligent)
Stability: For DP range codes 3, 4, and 5, it is+0.2% of the highest range, and for other range codes, it is ± 0.25% of the highest range.
★ Humidity: 0~100% relative humidity.
★ Start time: When the damping is minimal, add an extra 2 seconds.
★ Volume suction capacity: less than 0 16cm2。
★ Damping: The electrical damping is between 0 and 32 seconds. In addition, the sensitive component has a constant damping time of 0.2 seconds (range 3 is 0.4 seconds).
★ Static pressure influence (DP transmitter)
Zero point error: For 14MPa, which is+0.25% of the maximum range, and for range code 3, which is+0.5% of the maximum range, calibration can be obtained through zero point adjustment.
Range error: It can be corrected to+0.25% of the input reading every 6MPa, or+0.5% for range code 3. This error can be adjusted and eliminated before installation.
★ Static pressure influence (HP transmitter)
Zero point error: 1.0% for the highest range of 32MPa. Correction can be obtained through zero point adjustment.
★ Temperature influence
Zero point error in the maximum range: every 56 ℃ is+0 of the range 5%. The overall impact includes range and zero point errors: every 56 ℃ is 1.0% of the range. For range number 3, the impact is doubled.
Zero point error in the smallest range: every 56 ℃ is 3% of the range. The overall impact includes range and zero point errors: every 56 ℃ is 3.5% of the range. For range number 3, the impact is doubled.
★ Vibration effect: The frequency is 0-200Hz, and each g in any direction is+0 05%, upper limit value.
★ Power supply impact: less than 0.005%/V of the calibrated range.
★ Installation position influence: The zero drift is not greater than (0.25kPa), and this error can be eliminated through calibration without affecting the range.
★ Electromagnetic field interference/radio frequency interference effects: According to SAMA PMC33.1, the test is conducted from 20~000MHz, and the field strength can be as high as 30V/m.
